Our Founder

Traci Jones is an accomplished strategist, organizational leader, and event producer with more than a decade of experience guiding national associations, nonprofits, and professional organizations toward growth and alignment.

As the Managing Director of the Blair Chiropractic Membership Association and former Executive Support & Operations Director for the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society, Traci has led multi-year organizational transformations, implemented governance frameworks, and produced twelve consecutive national conferences that have grown in attendance, sponsorship, and impact.

Her leadership and consulting expertise include:

Organizational Strategy & Governance: Developing compliant structures and efficient systems for long-term sustainability.
Conference & Event Leadership: Producing 100–200 attendee conferences, managing sponsorships, logistics, and onsite delivery.
Marketing & Communications Strategy: Creating campaigns and messaging that build engagement and visibility.
Operational Optimization: Designing digital systems and workflows to streamline efficiency and accountability.
Board & Donor Relations: Enhancing transparency, collaboration, and stewardship through effective communication and planning.

Through TJ Growth & Development LLC, Traci now partners with organizations beyond the chiropractic community — offering strategic planning, leadership development, marketing, and event design services under her signature Aligned Experience™ framework.

She is recognized for her calm professionalism, integrity, and ability to bring structure to creative vision — turning ambitious goals into actionable plans and unforgettable experiences.
